Do I have to do the bookkeeping myself?+
No. This is done for you. We handle the reconciliation, categorization and monthly reports — you just keep doing your work. A real person manages your books, not just software.
What if I'm behind on my books?+
That's common and not a problem. We'll get you caught up first (quoted separately based on how far behind you are), then keep you current every month.
Do you work with solo owners who have no employees?+
Yes, that is our Essential plan at $249/mo. Books only, kept clean and tax-ready. When you hire your first employee, we'll update your plan.
Why does the insurance audit part matter?+
We're built and run by TJC Insurance, a licensed agency. We keep your numbers clean and audit-ready, so a Workers' Comp or liability audit doesn't turn into a costly surprise. Few bookkeepers understand insurance audits.
